Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain social media accounts for TechNexus and associated platforms.
- Develop and execute social media content calendars aligned with brand goals and audience interests.
- Propose and lead creative campaigns, activities, and strategies to drive engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with design and video teams, providing clear and constructive feedback before content goes live.
- Ensure consistency in voice, visuals, and messaging across all platforms.
- Monitor trends, audience behavior, and performance metrics to optimize content.
- Stay agile and responsive to changing priorities, keeping products and platforms top of mind.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing social media accounts and content for professional brands.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Confidence in reviewing and giving feedback on digital assets (graphics, videos, etc.).
- Familiarity with major social media advertising platforms, as well as Zoho, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager, is a plus.
- A creative thinker who stays up to date with social media trends and innovations.
