We work with several vendors to manage analytics, advertising, and communication. Google Analytics 4 helps us measure traffic and page performance, with opt-out available via the Google add-on. Google Tag Manager controls other tags and can be managed through browser settings. Meta Pixel is used for ad conversion tracking and retargeting; users can manage this via their Facebook ad preferences. LinkedIn Insight Tag performs similar functions for LinkedIn ads and can be controlled through LinkedIn ad settings. Klaviyo and Zoho provide email-open and click tracking, with opt-out links in every email. AWS CloudFront and ALB handle load balancing and site security and are considered strictly necessary. HotJar enables heat-mapping, session replay, and feedback polls. You can opt out by using HotJar’s built-in “Do Not Track” feature or by adjusting your browser settings.

3. Types of cookies we use

We categorize cookies as strictly necessary, performance/analytics, functional, or advertising/targeting. Strictly necessary cookies (e.g., cf_bm, cookie_consent) support site security, load balancing, and consent storage, with expiry ranging from session to six months. Performance and analytics cookies (e.g., _ga, _ga_XX, _hjSessionUser, _hjFirstSeen) help us understand how users navigate the site, through services like Google Analytics 4 and HotJar. Their expiry ranges from 30 minutes to 14 months. Functional cookies like site_pref_lang remember user preferences and expire after six months. Advertising and targeting cookies such as _fbp and li_fat_id support LinkedIn and Meta ad relevance and expire after 90 days.
