2. What data we collect

We collect various types of data depending on your interaction with us. Contact data, such as your name, email, phone number, and any messages you submit via our contact form, is collected for contract necessity—primarily to respond to your enquiries—and retained for two years. If you're applying for a role, we collect job-applicant data like your CV, cover letter, and LinkedIn URL through an upload form, based on your consent. This data is retained until the role is filled, plus an additional six months. We may also collect marketing lead information, such as your business email, name, and company, from sources like trade shows, LinkedIn, or referrals. This is done on the basis of legitimate interest for B2B marketing and retained until you opt out or after two years of inactivity. Additionally, we collect usage data—like IP addresses, browser types, and pages viewed—via cookies or pixels for analytics and security purposes, again based on legitimate interest, and retained for up to 14 months, which is Google Analytics' default.

We use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, AWS CloudFront logs, and HotJar to understand traffic and improve our services. See our Cookie Policy for details.

4. Email marketing

If you give us a business email or download gated content we may send product updates or marketing tips. Every email contains an unsubscribe link.

5. Sharing and sub-processors

Personal data may be processed by AWS, Google Workspace, Slack, Figma, HotJar, Klaviyo, and Zoho.

6. International data transfers

Some sub-processors store data outside the EEA. Transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and comparable safeguards.

7. Security

We use HTTPS encryption, role-based access, and nightly backups. No publicly traded security certifications yet.

8. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, or object to processing. Emailprivacy@technexus.io. We respond within 30 days.

9. Do Not Track

Our site does not respond to Do-Not-Track signals; third-party responses may differ.

10. Data breaches

We will notify the Kosovo Information and Privacy Agency and affected individuals within 72 hours of confirming a reportable breach.

11. Changes to this Policy

Material changes appear here with a new “last updated” date. Continued site use after the change equals acceptance.
